Get to Know Us
Fresh Manna Outreach Ministries was founded in January 2025 by Pastor Earl Smith Jr. and First Lady Donna Smith, with a divine mandate to reach souls, revive faith, and restore lives through the transforming power of God’s Word. Based virtually in Houston, TX, our ministry is rooted in faith, obedience, and outreach, with a vision to expand into a physical sanctuary where lives will be continually changed for God’s glory.
We believe in the power of rising up and walking in the healing and restoration that Jesus offers (John 5:5–15), in rightly dividing the Word of truth through diligent study and teaching (2 Timothy 2:15), and in fulfilling the Great Commission, making disciples, baptizing, and teaching all nations as Jesus commanded (Matthew 28:1–20).
At Fresh Manna, we are committed to feeding God’s people with fresh, life-giving spiritual nourishment, not just for today, but for eternity.

Vision
To transform lives by understanding and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals, guiding them to the One who provides healing and restoration. Through this process, we aim to help individuals grow into mature Christians in Christ.

To glorify God by proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, making disciples, and equipping believers to mature in their faith through worship, teaching, and compassionate service.We are committed to transforming lives, strengthening the community, and advancing God's kingdom in obedience through the study of his word.
Purpose
To glorify God by equipping believers to live Christ-centered lives, fostering spiritual growth, and serving others with compassion. Through teaching, worship, and outreach, we aim to reflect the love of Christ and advance His Kingdom on earth.
